I loved being just a few steps from Manila Ocean Park and having the National Museum of the Philippines only about 1.5 km away, making it super convenient for my weekend strolls to explore the culture and beauty of the city.

The rooms are too small. It is too noisy. The in house resturant is not great. The in house cafe is not great.

The modern and unique room & clean bathroom. Smooth check in and late check out. Amicable staff, goodservices, including plenty of outstanding delicacies.

Quite uncomfortable area.

The Bayview Family Room was really spacious and had a gorgeous view of the bay that we loved. We enjoyed some relaxing time at the spa and a chill swim in the pool, even though it could've been a bit bigger.

great view but limited dining options

The bay view room offered lovely vistas that enhanced our stay. The staff were friendly, always ready with a smile and eager to help. The location is ideal. It is easy to explore the nearby attractions while enjoying cleaner air compared to the busy city center. I especially loved the sea view, as it added a tranquil atmosphere to our experience.

Dining options nearby were somewhat restricted, making it challenging to find varied meals.

hotel staff are friendly

this is not a five star hotel as indicated in your site!!!!!, in addition the hotel is located in the crowded ocean park.reception is way far from taxi drop.

Great location near Manila Ocean Park. Set really close to entertainments, Makan makan restaurant, excellent variety and a huge aquarium in the nice enough area. Smooth check-in, fast check-out, exceptional room with shower and park view, for example. Free and very very good breakfast with a lot of meals.

The aquarium concept inside the

Room is unique and good for the kids. The overall maintenance seemed lacking, and some areas felt worn out. Service was friendly, and the staff tried their best to help.

We stayed in the Aqua room and it was fantasic. Staff are courteous and friendly and very helpful. H20 is close to the city. Plenty of restaruants and takeout below. Great for kids and adults who haven't seen marine life.

Should be more fish in the Aquarium for the Aqua room.

This staycation exceeded my expectations! The bayview king room had fine views of the sunset, and the aquarium added a fun touch for my kids. The staff were accommodating.

Its location was central, a minute walk from Quirino Grandstand. The staff were responsive and well-mannered, and the atmosphere was unique, mainly due to the staff.

Is quite a unique hotel and surrounding it you find some nice eateries and coming from singapore we are generally food lovers.

The room is fairly spacious and my only dislike is the toilet. The drop between the shower cubicle and the toilet is very shallow and this allows the water to overflow into the dry areas which makes it very untidy and also very slippery. The air return is noisy and something needs to be done to bring down the decibels. The key card to the door is not always sensitive and you invariably have to try a number of times to open the door. The entertainment is not so fantastic as compared to some other hotels I have stayed.

Great place with free Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me resolve tech issues quickly. I appreciate their thoughtful service, like returning forgotten items. I'll be back for a romantic escape.

Loved waking up to the fish in the aquarium every morning!
